What you will do

• Develop and execute investor relations strategy, including quarterly earnings calls, investor events, and core materials like earnings decks and fact books.
• Lead strategic finance analyses, equity story development, and end-to-end M&A modeling with accretion/dilution frameworks and diligence support.
• Partner with C-suite, FP&A, corporate development, legal, and communications to prepare executives for investor interactions and board meetings.
• Build and lead teams in strategic finance and IR, establishing processes, best practices, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor capital markets, investor sentiment, peer performance, and macroeconomic factors to inform decisions and optimize targeting.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years in investor relations/strategic finance; 5+ years IR or investor-facing in public company
• Medtech/healthcare experience in regulated, payer-reimbursed environments (FDA, reimbursement dynamics)
• Expert financial modeling/valuation, GAAP/IFRS, SEC compliance, capital markets knowledge
• Experience with healthcare reimbursement, payer dynamics, financial planning systems, CRM, IR tools
• Executive presence, public speaking, team leadership, strategic communication skills
• Location: Remote - US only
