What you will do

• Partner strategically with executives, clinical operations, and functional leaders on business strategies and financial insights.
• Lead and coach a finance team focused on forecasting, analysis, and KPI metrics to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Develop financial models and scenario planning to guide high-ROI decisions, including organic and inorganic growth.
• Manage financial close, revenue/gross margin commentary, unit costs, headcount, and expenses for Virtual Care Delivery.
• Drive forecast quality, process efficiency, driver-based analysis, and ad-hoc analysis across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years operational FP&A experience supporting cost centers and overseeing forecasts
• Strong financial statement analysis and accounting knowledge related to forecasting
• Experience with Anaplan or comparable forecasting tools
• Ability to communicate complex data analysis to diverse audiences and influence leadership
• Hands-on management and team coaching experience
• Experience in healthcare, specifically clinic delivery
