Salary: Zone A $138,380–$195,470 + equity + benefits; Zone B $152,218–$215,017 + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Partner strategically with executives, clinical operations, and functional leaders on business strategies and financial insights.
- Lead and coach a finance team focused on forecasting, analysis, and KPI metrics to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Develop financial models and scenario planning to guide high-ROI decisions, including organic and inorganic growth.
- Manage financial close, revenue/gross margin commentary, unit costs, headcount, and expenses for Virtual Care Delivery.
- Drive forecast quality, process efficiency, driver-based analysis, and ad-hoc analysis across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years operational FP&A experience supporting cost centers and overseeing forecasts
- Strong financial statement analysis and accounting knowledge related to forecasting
- Experience with Anaplan or comparable forecasting tools
- Ability to communicate complex data analysis to diverse audiences and influence leadership
- Hands-on management and team coaching experience
- Experience in healthcare, specifically clinic delivery
