Compensation: $140k - $220k OTE + equity

What you will do

• Support quarterly earnings by compiling shareholder letters, scripts, presentations, and Q&A.
• Build relationships across product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, communications, and legal teams.
• Craft messaging for earnings calls, investor presentations, roadshows, and conferences.
• Develop understanding of business drivers, track key themes for investor discussions, and inform executives on trends.
• Build financial models and perform data analysis on AI hardware/software relationships, revenue drivers, and scalability.
• Conduct competitive analysis on hirify.global, peers, and industry trends, including buy/sell-side views.
• Develop automation tools to streamline IR processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in equity research or buy-side, deep understanding of enterprise software/hardware sectors
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to distill complex technical/financial concepts into investor-friendly language
• Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of RegFD, SEC, and Nasdaq requirements
• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Factset, Bloomberg, or CapitalIQ
• Willingness to travel extensively each quarter, including international

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven models, SaaS, GPU hardware
• Experience with public tech companies or retail investors
• CFA or MBA
