Operations Specialist

TL;DR

Operations Specialist (Vehicle Fleet): Provide administrative support for fleet renewals, titles, registrations, and licensing with an accent on documenting customer requests, validating completeness, and updating internal systems. Focus on routing tasks to operational teams, following up for missing documents, and generating recurring reports for monthly renewals.

Onsite in Fishers, IN office. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm ET (40-hour work week).

$18 per hour (approximately $37,440 USD annually).

What you will do

• Document inbound customer requests via phone, mail, or email in the tasking system (RoadReady) and route to appropriate teams.
• Update internal systems (TFMS) with vehicle and location information provided by customers.
• Generate recurring reports for required documents and support monthly renewals.
• Handle ad hoc tasks like folder creation, citation management, and title audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Onsite in Fishers, IN office required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior related experience required (transportation or BMV experience preferred).
• Strong computer skills to manage multiple systems; Salesforce a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excellent phone and communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.
