What you will do

  • Lead workforce onboarding including I-9 compliance, site orientations, badging, and digital tools setup.
  • Manage weekly payroll: timecard entry, error-proofing, reports for incentives, per diem, and corrections.
  • Track real-time workforce data, conduct daily roll calls, handle dispatching, terminations, and personnel actions.
  • Compile and distribute daily project reports, procure supplies, coordinate site events, and maintain safety records.
  • Provide technical support for mobile devices and software, coordinate IT requests for site connectivity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in operations or administrative role, preferably construction/industrial.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for payroll).
  • Familiarity with construction tools like Procore, I-9 compliance, automated timekeeping.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, independent worker in field office.
  • Excellent communication with craft labor and executives.
