Denver, Colorado (in-office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm local time)
Compensation: $21-24 an hour

What you will do
- Provide administrative support including customer/government correspondence, document management, and department functions.
- Maintain and file department records per protocols and naming conventions.
- Prepare/send mail via USPS/FedEx and process incoming mail for distribution.
- Handle Service of Process documents: accept service, forward to clients, prepare rejections, and email copies.
- Scan/upload documents to company database and ensure Salesforce data integrity by updating cases/accounts.
- Maintain professionalism with staff, clients, and stakeholders while staying updated on products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or relevant industry experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience prioritizing workload and working independently
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications
- Comfortable in rapidly growing tech startup environment with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration
- Previous office environment experience
Nice to have
- Data entry experience
- Adobe DC and Salesforce knowledge
- macOS and G-Workspace knowledge
- College degree
