What you will do

• Enter information into the order processing system and create, file, retrieve device history records for hearing instruments.
• Prioritize and schedule ship dates consistent with turnaround times.
• Route all types of orders and communicate problems to appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to work instructions, SOPs, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work in a dynamic team environment, rotate responsibilities, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Attend training and accomplish other duties including cross-training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong data entry/computer skills, basic math, word processing, written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• 1+ year data entry experience strongly preferred; 1+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods, lift 25 pounds alone or 50+ with team (sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching).
