Presales Engineer

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and consultants to understand customer challenges and goals.
• Design detailed configurations for customized demo flows reflecting real-world use cases.
• Set up tailored demo instances using low-code/no-code tools, customizing UI, processes, and analytics.
• Build reusable demo components, templates, and workflows.
• Configure PoC environments aligned with customer success criteria.
• Provide technical input for RFPs and questionnaires.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2)
• 4-year degree
• 1+ years as Presales Engineer, Junior Business Analyst, Customer Support Specialist, or Business Development Representative
• Analytical skills
• Self-organization and planning

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BPMN
• Experience with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting, or workflow systems
