Salary: $195,200 - $237,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead initiatives to improve engineering efficiency using advanced tools and digital solutions.
• Drive wiring design methodology enhancements for testability, standardization, and production efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally to optimize manufacturability, harnessing, and automated wiring integration.
• Own global wiring design delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality outputs aligned with schedules.
• Lead and develop distributed team of wiring designers, managing capacity and risks.
• Interface with leadership on status, risks, and performance; establish standardized processes and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years in electrical/wiring design in manufacturing
• 2+ years leading technical teams, preferably distributed
• Strong knowledge of wiring systems, diagrams, and panel layouts
• Experience in scheduling, resource planning, process improvements, and metrics
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and engineering tools; excellent communication skills
