Salary: Zone A: $149,450 - $211,100 + equity + benefits; Zone B: $164,395 - $232,210; Zone C: $179,340 - $253,320; Zone D: $194,285 - $274,430 (US zones based on location)

What you will do

• Grow one or more engineering teams in critical areas of the virtual care platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to define vision, roadmap, and technical strategy.
• Guide architecture decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Hire, develop, and retain engineering talent while building inclusive team culture.
• Partner organization-wide to influence product direction, resourcing, and prioritization.
• Improve engineering processes, quality, and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in people leadership leading multiple teams or company initiatives.
• Strategic thinking to align technical strategy with product and business goals.
• Experience delivering high-impact, user-facing products through ambiguity.
• Proven team building, hiring, and culture shaping with psychological safety and accountability.
• Technical depth for architecture and implementation decisions with trade-offs.
• Prompt attendance and ability to work stationary with office equipment.
