What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of engineers.
• Drive design, architecture, and delivery of complex SaaS features across backend, web, and mobile.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Data Science teams to maximize impact.
• Oversee high-scale, mission-critical production systems.
• Champion engineering best practices and a "can-do" culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern web stacks such as React, Node.js, Java, .NET Core, or Scala.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end projects in fast-paced environments.
• Location: Hybrid based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

• Background in cybersecurity, AI, or computer vision.
