What you will do

• Lead a small team as player/coach, supporting customers directly and mentoring members.
• Serve as primary technical expert and trusted advisor to customers from practitioners to executives.
• Drive adoption through onboarding, training, customized use cases, and sustained engagement.
• Identify and resolve obstacles, advocate for customer feedback to influence roadmap.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor health metrics, develop success plans, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Document best practices and contribute to customer success organization as senior technical leader.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Computer Science preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on with data/cloud technologies (databases, infrastructure, IAM), SQL, scripting (Python), APIs.
• Expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management preferred.
• Experience in technical customer-facing role at software company, owning relationships (onboarding, renewal, expansion).
• Strong project management, results-oriented in fast-paced startup; excellent communication for executive meetings/workshops.
• Self-starter able to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
