What you will do

• Define the mission, scope, and operating model for the Developer Experience (DevEx) function as a first-class internal platform.
• Build and lead an inclusive team culture focusing on sustainable delivery practices and clear ways of working.
• Optimize developer workflows, tooling, and standards to improve shipping speed and reliability.
• Drive the evolution and adoption of a unified Design System across engineering and design.
• Translate company and engineering strategy into a clear, outcome-driven DevEx roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Security teams to maximize impact across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams.
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing engineers.
• Technical background with the ability to confidently set technical direction.
• Platform-oriented mindset, treating internal developers as customers.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Clear and confident communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Node.js, React, and containerized applications.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub-based workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
