What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and create strategic annual account plans.
- Proactively drive the renewal process and identify expansion opportunities.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to present partnership value and capture client priorities.
- Cross-sell additional service lines through tailored business cases.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to monitor project status and ensure quality.
- Collaborate with Technical Solutions Managers on cross-divisional bundling opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in key account management, client success, or technical B2B sales.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and functional English (TOEIC 650+).
- Experience managing renewal cycles and proactive retention strategies.
- Ability to present commercial recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to identify growth patterns and prioritize expansion targets.
- Must be based in New Taipei City, Taiwan for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience in TIC, cybersecurity, product certification, or compliance services.
- Understanding of EU regulatory timelines (CRA, RED) and manufacturer compliance.
- Familiarity with structured account planning frameworks or account health scoring.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and commercial resources.
