What you will do
- Secure new clients through prospecting, needs analysis, tailored solutions, proposals, and deal closing.
- Grow sales for assigned accounts by executing strategies to increase market share.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Generate and qualify leads via networking, cold calls, emails, and inbound follow-up.
- Research accounts, perform online demos, deliver presentations, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Maintain CRM records and stay current on products, services, and client industries.
Requirements
- 3-5 years inside sales experience selling complex B2B solutions ($100K-$500K ACV) in high-volume environment
- 3-5 years full sales cycle experience (90-180 days)
- Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's preferred
- Rapid relationship building, value articulation, objection handling, research, negotiation, and closing skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong communication, strategic mindset, and multitasking abilities
