TL;DR

Location: Remote within the United States with occasional business travel

Salary: $32-38.46 hourly

What you will do

  • Secure new clients through prospecting, needs analysis, tailored solutions, proposals, and deal closing.
  • Grow sales for assigned accounts by executing strategies to increase market share.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Generate and qualify leads via networking, cold calls, emails, and inbound follow-up.
  • Research accounts, perform online demos, deliver presentations, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Maintain CRM records and stay current on products, services, and client industries.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years inside sales experience selling complex B2B solutions ($100K-$500K ACV) in high-volume environment
  • 3-5 years full sales cycle experience (90-180 days)
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's preferred
  • Rapid relationship building, value articulation, objection handling, research, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with strong communication, strategic mindset, and multitasking abilities
