Location: Remote, must live in Ohio

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 base annually plus uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Achieve annual new business sales goals for Level-Funded and ICHRA products.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans targeting brokers, consultants, and mid-market employers.
  • Build consultative relationships with key broker partners to drive quotes and closes.
  • Manage full sales cycle including lead generation, proposals, negotiation, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Partner with internal teams for seamless sales-to-implementation transitions.
  • Represent at industry events to expand regional presence.

Requirements

  • Must live in Ohio
  • 7–10+ years sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits with quota attainment record.
  • Strong pre-existing broker and consultant relationships in Ohio
  • Deep knowledge of Level-Funded, ICHRA, stop-loss, and alternative funding models.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for autonomous work in fast-growing organization.
