Human Resources Intern

TL;DR

Human Resources Intern (HR Operations): Supporting the HRBP team with onboarding, record management, and L&D content creation with an accent on data organization and process efficiency. Focus on auditing job descriptions, analyzing employee engagement trends, and coordinating recruitment logistics.

Location: On-site in Chelmsford, MA (must be in the office 5 days per week)

Salary: $18 per hour

What you will do

• Develop and distribute standardized onboarding templates.
• Manage employee handbook signatures via Docusign and maintain accurate employee records.
• Audit job description databases and perform data cleaning on the Predictive Index site.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and assemble new hire kits.
• Design and upload internal webpages for Learning & Development (L&D) content.
• Analyze annual employee engagement survey data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chelmsford, MA, 5 days per week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically using Excel for visual data representation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple layers of a corporate organization.
• Eagerness to apply college coursework to practical HR environments.
