TL;DR

Compensation Consultant (Workday): Supporting Workday implementation with a primary focus on compensation design translation, system configuration, testing, and go-live readiness. Focus on translating compensation programs into business requirements, validating outcomes, and providing APAC compensation support including offer reviews and benchmarking.

Location: United States, US (remote)

Contractor Hourly Compensation Range: $55 - $65 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as compensation SME for Workday implementation, translating programs and policies into business requirements with external consultants.
  • Provide guidance on pay structures, job architecture, and validate implementation outcomes for alignment with company practices.
  • Support testing by defining outcomes, reviewing results, and documenting principles for scalability.
  • Handle day-to-day APAC compensation support: offer/promotion reviews, job leveling, benchmarking, and cycles.
  • Identify process improvements in compensation governance and data quality.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics
  • Experience supporting HRIS or Workday implementations
  • Workday compensation certification (plus)
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with large datasets
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and benchmarking tools
  • Ability to collaborate across teams
