What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Design base salary structures, job architecture, pay ranges, and sales compensation plans.
  • Standardize compensation and benefits across acquired businesses and ensure market competitiveness through benchmarking.
  • Oversee benefits strategy, vendor management, and program evaluation for a distributed workforce.
  • Build analytics, reporting, governance, and leverage HRIS for efficiency.
  • Lead total rewards due diligence and integration for M&A activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related HR functions
  • Proven experience designing and scaling sales compensation programs in complex organizations
  • Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or acquisition-heavy environments
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to influence senior leadership
  • Hands-on strategic and tactical approach
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CCP certification a plus
