What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Manage flow of work balancing planned and unplanned tasks in dynamic environments
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and data workflows for end-to-end delivery
• Apply Kanban practices and flow metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery
• Proactively remove blockers and partner with stakeholders to align priorities
• Track and analyze delivery metrics using Jira for transparency

Requirements

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or similar in enterprise environments
• Experience with Data & Analytics teams (data pipelines, ETL/ELT, BI/reporting)
• Strong understanding of flow-based delivery (Kanban), WIP, cycle time, lead time
• Experience in dynamic environments with high ad-hoc work volume
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and stakeholders
• Hands-on with Jira (boards, dashboards, metrics)
• Upper-intermediate+ English

Nice to have

• Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe)
• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains
• Familiarity with Azure-based data platforms
• Experience scaling flow metrics and Kanban in data teams
• Background in Agile transformation or coaching
