What you will do

• Implement and guide Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban within IT environments.
• Coach teams to improve collaboration, resolve conflicts, and increase delivery efficiency.
• Manage project tracking and documentation using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different organizational levels and multicultural settings.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience as an Agile Coach or Consultant in IT environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and leadership within multicultural teams.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon, Portugal.
