What you will do

• Implement Scrum best practices and lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define, measure, and track performance indicators like velocity, burndown charts, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog prioritization and promote Agile culture and team maturity.
• Identify impediments, coordinate blocker removal, and optimize Azure DevOps for dashboards and sprint tracking.
• Plan resource allocation, support team skill development, and manage project scope, budget, risks, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years as Scrum Master and IT Project Manager in agile digital environments
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM or equivalent) is a plus
• Proven experience managing B2C digital ecosystems (mobile apps, e-commerce, digital services)
• IT project management including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting
• Hands-on with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence)
• Fluent Spanish (C1/native) and English (B2/C1); professional French highly valued
• Excellent communication, leadership, proactive mindset, adaptability, and prioritization
