What you will do
- Implement Scrum best practices and lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Define, measure, and track performance indicators like velocity, burndown charts, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog prioritization and promote Agile culture and team maturity.
- Identify impediments, coordinate blocker removal, and optimize Azure DevOps for dashboards and sprint tracking.
- Plan resource allocation, support team skill development, and manage project scope, budget, risks, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years as Scrum Master and IT Project Manager in agile digital environments
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM or equivalent) is a plus
- Proven experience managing B2C digital ecosystems (mobile apps, e-commerce, digital services)
- IT project management including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting
- Hands-on with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence)
- Fluent Spanish (C1/native) and English (B2/C1); professional French highly valued
- Excellent communication, leadership, proactive mindset, adaptability, and prioritization
