What you will do

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, communicating clearly and effectively.
• Track and report key metrics like scope, schedule, quality, velocity, and burn-down charts.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements for continuous sprint enhancements.
• Contribute to consulting mindset and account growth activities.

Requirements

• Remote work from Spain (Iberia region)
• Strong experience as Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery for implementation, consulting, or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, Agile metrics, scope/schedule/risks/resources management.
• Excellent leadership and team mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise or global environments.
• Exposure to account growth or consulting activities.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Certifications like CSM, PSM, PMP, or Prince2.
