What you will do
- Relieve sales team of administrative tasks including preparing change orders for operations and finance.
- Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents like contracts.
- Update internal databases with account information.
- Liaise with internal teams for proper pre- and in-sales service.
- Assist with RFP responses.
- Gain exposure to complex tasks while reporting to a manager.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of related experience; may require bachelor’s degree
- Preferred experience with Salesforce.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and ability to learn computer systems.
- Strong organization, data entry accuracy, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
