What you will do
- Lead Mid-Market CSP team of 7-10, balancing personal account management with coaching and development.
- Oversee onboarding, performance evaluation, and skill alignment for CSPs.
- Manage revenue pipeline, contract renewals, and compliance for assigned clients.
- Build strategic account plans, conduct business reviews, and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Resolve escalations, implement process improvements, and partner with senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer screening programs and secure long-term contracts.
Requirements
- 4+ years in client success, account management, or leadership roles
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated project management experience with multi-team deliverables
- Strong business judgment, communication, and professional writing skills
- High proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage time-sensitive work under pressure
