What you will do
- Implement and manage customer background screening programs aligned with organizational goals
- Structure long-term contracts to renew and grow revenue
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers for retention and expansion
- Create account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Liaise between clients, internal teams, and partners using Salesforce
- Conduct regular business reviews to mitigate risks and enhance programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in client-facing role (preferred)
- Sales, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills for risk assessment and performance analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Intermediate Salesforce
- Comfort with technology and production systems
