TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (SaaS): Manage a team of 8-10 sales executives to meet or exceed budget expectations with an accent on coaching, performance measurement, and pipeline forecasting. Focus on conducting meetings, reviewing KPIs, analyzing data trends, and tracking campaign metrics.

Location: Hybrid in Manila (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of 8-10 sales executives, setting performance expectations and measuring against budgets
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-to-ones, and training sessions to drive accountability and improve sales performance
  • Assess sales pipelines and prepare forecasts for senior management
  • Review KPIs for team members, provide guidance for improvement
  • Build and report on metrics for campaigns, events, and marketing activities

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing outbound, full sales cycle teams (preferably short cycle and transactional)
  • Understanding of sales cycles and KPIs for SaaS model
  • Strong coaching and training skills for junior sales teams
  • Ability to run reports and analyze data (preferably Salesforce)
  • Willingness to work hybrid on a weekly basis
  • Enthusiastic, high-energy attitude
