What you will do

• Own the operating rhythm and execution across multiple portfolios, leading large-scale strategic initiatives and clearing blockers.
• Design and enforce playbooks and standards to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness at scale.
• Plan and implement programs end-to-end, including AI adoption and process simplification, with clear benefits realization plans.
• Collaborate with Product, CIO, Operations, and Finance to standardize governance gates and best practices.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and narrative packets to drive timely tradeoffs and stakeholder decisions.
• Coach and upskill a matrixed set of program managers and business analysts on planning quality and structured storytelling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program/portfolio execution within complex, matrixed environments.
• Proven track record in capacity management, throughput improvement, and pipeline hygiene at portfolio scale.
• Expertise in executive communication and decision facilitation (prewires, options, impacts).
• Experience embedding risk and control milestones (e.g., DARE/DIME, Vendor EOS, IM/SDLC) into delivery plans.
• Familiarity with banking, financial services, and digital platforms/products.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence, Power BI, and M365.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with Workday.
