What you will do

• Manage restaurant partner relationships and translate business objectives into effective card-linked offer strategies.
• Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and account management toolkits to enable internal sales and account teams.
• Design tailored marketing campaigns within the technical parameters of the card-linking platform.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex operational issues and explore feature requests.
• Monitor program health metrics and document standard operating procedures to reduce friction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Work sponsorship is not available for this role
• 5+ years of experience in marketing program, partnership, or account management, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, or fintech.
• Working knowledge of card-linking technology, loyalty platforms, or transaction-based marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for partners and internal teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with card-linked offer platforms such as Cardlytics, Figg, Kard, or Rewards Network.
• Background in dining rewards programs or food and beverage industry partnerships.
• Experience working with financial institutions, card networks, or payment processors.
