Sales Executive (Northeast US): Drives new business for ’s Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships with an accent on executing a disciplined sales process, maintaining broker engagement, and achieving sales targets. Focus on developing regional broker relationships, pursuing opportunities with small and mid-sized employers, and managing pipeline and forecasts in CRM systems.
Location: Remote, must live in MA, CT, or NH
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 annually

What you will do
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines.
- Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants to drive quoting activity.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Partner with internal teams for smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding.
- Maintain detailed pipeline, activity, and forecast data in CRM systems.
- Stay current on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales
- Must live in MA, CT, or NH
- Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with drive to exceed goals in high-growth environment
