Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $95,000 – $125,000 base annually

What you will do

  • Lead a disciplined sales process including prospecting, stakeholder relationship building, and closing.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic technology accounts and drive expansion of multi-solution offerings.
  • Drive total growth and profitability for an assigned vertical to meet and exceed financial quotas.
  • Develop and execute a proactive strategy to build the sales pipeline and anticipate industry opportunities.
  • Establish credibility with VP-level executives and communicate a compelling business case for the brand.
  • Implement value-selling processes using detailed knowledge of the company's product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industries.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing new client sales, including contracts and SLAs.
  • Demonstrated ability to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Experience gaining access to and building credibility within the VP-suite of targeted clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Must be based in the United States
