What you will do

  • Provide high-trust executive support by managing complex calendars and aligning schedules with business priorities
  • Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate client meetings, strategy sessions, board engagements, travel, and conferences
  • Prepare briefing materials and handle travel logistics and expenses
  • Support DC office operations, vendor relationships, budget tracking, and contract processes
  • Lead logistics for in-house and off-site culture and collaboration activities

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as primary administrative or operational liaison in professional office
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate leadership needs and resolve scheduling/workflow bottlenecks
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, client-facing organization
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Resilience in high-pressure situations, excellent writing/editing, organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Experience planning in-person events or office engagement initiatives
