Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually + commission

What you will do

• Stay current on ICHRA and ACA regulations, develop deep knowledge of hirify.global’s ICHRA products and services.
• Support sales in presenting ICHRA, developing customer solutions, and differentiating from competitors.
• Prospect, qualify leads, manage broker/customer relationships, and drive revenue through phone, email, and meetings.
• Collaborate with sales managers, marketing, and implementation teams for handoffs and ongoing support.
• Enhance training materials, expand broker networks in assigned geographies, and provide creative viable solutions.
• Engage in product improvements, systems development, and pipeline management in CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
• Insurance Producer’s License or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Healthcare operations experience
• Knowledge of ICHRA market and client-facing sales/presentation experience
• Excellent communication, ability to work independently in dynamic environments
• Collaborative across teams with empathy, authenticity, curiosity, creativity, and outcome orientation
