TL;DR

Sales Coordinator: Support sales team by managing administrative tasks, prospecting across territories, and coordinating quoting/contracting processes with an accent on pipeline maintenance, data accuracy, and revenue forecasting. Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN

Salary: $20.19 - $33.65 hourly

What you will do

  • Support sales reps with cross-territory prospecting, meeting setup, and territory building to grow conversions.
  • Submit proposals and contracts, interface with brokers for quoting materials, and ensure proper storage.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Underwriting to prioritize requests and meet deadlines.
  • Manage Salesforce data for contacts, accounts, opportunities, and pipeline tracking.
  • Prepare presentations, attend sales meetings, coordinate provider searches, and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain clean sales pipeline for accurate forecasting and support revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High organization, accuracy, and detail-orientation.
  • Resourceful, driven, resilient attitude; thrive in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer-service skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous startup experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Healthcare or health insurance experience.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience.
