What you will do

  • Oversee the full contracting process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales contracts.
  • Maintain and track contracts and broker documents across platforms for accessibility and organization.
  • Interpret contract terms, update templates, and identify risks or improvements.
  • Manage approval processes for modifications, renewals, and revisions with legal, sales, and finance teams.
  • Provide updates to internal teams and external customers, and optimize contract workflows.
  • Generate reports on contract status and verify broker documentation and payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Located in Minneapolis, MN for hybrid work.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems proactively.
  • Effective cross-functional communication across sales, legal, and finance.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in contract administration.
  • Familiarity with Agiloft or other contract lifecycle management software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience with legal or compliance teams.
  • Knowledge of contract law and regulations.
