What you will do

• Partner with Service Delivery teams to create excellent customer experiences for end-customers and business partners.
• Ensure ever-improving customer support and successful interactions with partners.
• Manage ERP implementation or upgrade projects, focusing on data management and integration.
• Handle data migration, reporting, and proficiency in ERP modules.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, focusing on data management and integration.
• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules, data migration, reporting tools; proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Proven track record managing ERP projects; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 3+ years relevant experience.
• Advanced project management, communication, organizational skills; ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
