What you will do
- Serve as strategic advisor to GTM leadership, aligning enablement with growth goals and sales strategy.
- Design and lead global rollout of core enablement methodologies, including planning, content development, and regional adoption.
- Define and manage multi-year enablement roadmap for scalability and measurable results across revenue teams.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design (ADDIE, SAM) to create blended learning programs integrated into onboarding and coaching.
- Define success metrics tied to business outcomes, track impact via dashboards, and optimize based on data and feedback.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and People Development; coach global enablement peers.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Revenue/Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Program Management in SaaS or global GTM environment
- Proven success managing complex global enablement initiatives with measurable sales improvements
- Expertise in adult learning and instructional design methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and facilitation with senior/executive leadership
- Analytical mindset for defining metrics and proving ROI
- Proficiency in enablement tools (Highspot, Mindtickle, Lessonly, WorkRamp) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Experience managing external vendors at scale
