Technical Program Manager

What you will do

• Interface with clients and stakeholders on technical and project matters throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and manage program schedules, milestones, and status reports
• Develop functional specifications, requirements, and scope definitions
• Provide technical insights for stakeholder reviews and decisions
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for on-time delivery
• Track work items and support reporting workflows using collaboration tools
• Contribute to process improvements in project execution and automation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Power Automate, building and troubleshooting workflows
• Minimum 2 years using Microsoft Excel for data preparation and reporting (advanced lookups, filtering, pivot tables)
• Minimum 2 years with Azure DevOps for work item tracking and reporting
• Working knowledge of Power Query for data transformation
• Experience with SharePoint-based reporting workflows
• General experience in operations and project management, managing multiple workstreams
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Client-facing project coordination experience
• Familiarity with intake, outreach, or tracking workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements
• Process improvement through automation or data insights
