Salary: $223,800 — $307,650 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

• Own long and short-term planning processes: define and scale best-in-class processes, drive stakeholder accountability with roadmaps and timelines.
• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models to optimize resource allocation and support strategic planning.
• Prepare executive-ready materials including financial models, scenario analyses, and presentations.
• Partner with Finance leadership on capital raising, collaborating with FP&A, Investor Relations, and Treasury.
• Drive Executive and Board reporting materials with accurate financial insights and clear storytelling.
• Lead ad hoc analyses, strategic projects, process optimizations, and automation initiatives for IPO readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking; software/SaaS experience a plus.
• Experience leading long-range and annual planning processes at scale.
• Proven financial leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Anaplan).
