Salary: $94,350 - $157,250 annually

What you will do

  • Nurture existing and establish new carrier relationships to improve enrollment processes.
  • Build carrier knowledge base and create collateral for internal teams and clients.
  • Establish regular meetings and proactive book of business reviews with carriers.
  • Maintain feedback loops between stakeholders and carriers to enhance benefit solutions.
  • Collaborate on market growth opportunities and carrier reporting reconciliation.
  • Manage payment/enrollment escalations and partner on process improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years experience with insurance carriers in account management, sales, or business development
  • Track record of building stakeholder relationships and process improvement.
  • Strong strategy, vision, and collaboration skills for carrier projects.
  • Experience with data analysis for actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in communication, ownership of collateral, and team support.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
