Senior Organic Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS): Own the content engine that drives discovery, the web experience that converts visitors into leads, and the optimization loops that make both better over time with an accent on content strategy, SEO/AEO, CRO, and inbound channel performance. Focus on developing content roadmaps aligned to GTM, scaling webinar programs, and ensuring inbound touchpoints generate pipeline.

Location: Remote (fully distributed across the US and internationally)

What you will do

  • Develop and own a 12-month content roadmap aligned to GTM motions, product launches, and sales cycles, building a consistent publishing cadence with pillar articles, guides, and case studies.
  • Drive SEO/AEO strategy including schema markup, non-branded organic growth, and LLM categorization correction; partner with dev for technical SEO.
  • Own CRO for inbound paths like demo forms and landing pages, managing A/B testing tied to pipeline outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end webinar and video production, scaling from 2–3 to 6–8 per year with downstream assets.
  • Define voice on LinkedIn and Reddit, build thought leadership, and implement social listening for sentiment tracking.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in inbound, content, or growth marketing with 5+ years in B2B SaaS and proven track record driving measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on CRO experience owning A/B testing and funnel optimization connected to pipeline results.
  • Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page, schema markup, technical SEO.
  • Fluent in AEO/AI search with firsthand experimentation on LLM content sourcing.
  • End-to-end video/webinar production experience and exceptional writing/editing for business buyers.
  • Experience with complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience building third-party placement programs like guest posts and podcasts focused on LLM citations.
  • Operationalizing reviews programs across G2 and Capterra with Customer Success.
