What you will do
- Own day-to-day execution of paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and partner listing campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to hit CPA, CAC, ROAS, and volume targets across funnels.
- Manage budgets, bids, and audience segmentation for efficiency and scale.
- Partner on creative testing for ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
- Analyze full-funnel performance to identify drop-offs and improvement opportunities.
- Design and run A/B tests on targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
- Build dashboards and deliver performance insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, build reports, and derive insights.
- Experience running structured experiments and optimizing based on results.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4, Rockerbox, or similar.
- Highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills.
