Salary: $160,000 — $185,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop messaging frameworks and translate complex products into compelling hooks for paid campaigns
- Concept high-impact, scalable creative ideas for social, search, display, and video channels
- Bridge brand and performance by ensuring creative strengthens ’s voice and drives conversions
- Lead production with designers, writers, and partners, providing direction for quality and speed
- Build systems for ideation, testing, iteration, and scaling using data and AI tools
- Collaborate with growth, product marketing, brand, and analytics teams to align on goals
Requirements
- English proficiency required for applications and communication
- 7–10+ years in creative, brand, or performance marketing
- Proven high-performing ad creative and campaign ideas
- Strong copywriting instincts for hooks that convert
- Deep knowledge of paid channels and data-driven creative decisions
- Experience with designers, systems thinking, and AI in creative production
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or fintech
- Performance creative for global audiences
- Background in brand and growth environments
- Work with external creative agencies
