What you will do
- Design, develop, and deliver global enablement programs strengthening core selling capabilities including discovery, value selling, qualification, and deal execution.
- Lead field readiness for new product capabilities, solutions, messaging updates, and go-to-market changes in partnership with Product and Customer Success teams.
- Operationalize sales methodology through training, reinforcement programs, and practical tools to support deal progression.
- Manage ongoing enablement initiatives like sales capability development, strategic workshops, and global sales meetings.
- Measure enablement effectiveness via adoption metrics, certifications, and impact on pipeline and deals; use data to improve programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Channels, and Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- 10–15 years in sales enablement, sales operations, enterprise sales, or GTM program leadership in high-growth B2B environment.
- Previous quota-carrying sales experience meeting or exceeding targets.
- 5–8 years designing and delivering sales enablement programs.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or AI sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales frameworks: discovery, qualification, value selling, deal progression.
- Experience operationalizing enablement across large revenue organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong program management, facilitation, and communication skills driving behavior change.
