What you will do
- Identify, target, and win new enterprise logos in the AMER region, leading the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
- Grow revenue within existing enterprise customers by uncovering new use cases, upselling services, and increasing commitments.
- Build trusted relationships at the C-suite and VP level across technical and business functions.
- Become an expert in hirify.global’s open-source technologies and articulate the business value of its multi-cloud data and AI platform.
- Rigorously qualify opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework and accurately forecast and execute sales plans.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of success in enterprise SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales, with a proven track record of overachievement against multimillion-dollar targets.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, consultative deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in outcome-based selling and comfortable challenging customers’ thinking in line with the Challenger Sales methodology.
- Hands-on experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.
- Familiarity with open-source technologies, data infrastructure, cloud services, and developer platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Clickhouse, AI/ML use cases).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging C-level executives.
