Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders on annual planning, rolling forecasts, and in-quarter execution.
• Develop and maintain financial models for pipeline generation, CAC, and profitability.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, providing variance analysis and ROI frameworks.
• Benchmark GTM efficiency metrics against SaaS industry standards for leadership reporting.
• Develop business cases for new investments through cost-benefit analysis.
• Translate complex financial data into concise recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS or FinTech.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Ability to connect financial metrics to GTM business drivers.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, or Adaptive.
