Inside Sales Representative (Full-Cycle Revenue Growth): Manage end-to-end remote sales process from lead generation through deal closure with an accent on consultative selling, qualifying opportunities, and building customer relationships. Location: Remote from Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, or Costa Rica. Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Manage full sales cycle: prospect outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn; respond to inbound leads rapidly
  • Qualify opportunities through discovery calls, conduct tailored virtual demos and presentations
  • Handle objections, negotiate pricing/terms, and close deals using consultative approach
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), track pipeline, and forecast revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead quality feedback and sales engineers on technical demos
  • Drive quota attainment through key metrics like conversion rates, sales cycle length, and deal size

Requirements

  • 2+ years inside sales or business development experience with proven quota attainment in remote environments
  • Experience running full-cycle sales from prospecting to closure
  • Strong CRM skills (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales engagement tools
  • Excellent virtual presentation, communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient mindset for handling rejection professionally

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS, marketing, or professional services with $5k-$50k deal sizes
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC)
