What you will do
- Develop and execute account strategies with the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer to align with client goals and drive growth.
- Drive revenue through new business development, upselling, renewals, and scope expansion in advisory, consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service.
- Lead QBRs and PBRs, presenting insights, value delivered, and expansion opportunities.
- Manage strategic partner relationships, co-selling, joint offerings, and ecosystem growth.
- Oversee contracts (MSAs, SOWs) and ensure compliance, renewals, and expansions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between clients, partners, sales, delivery, legal, and finance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, strategic sales, client success, or business development in IT staffing, nearshore/outsourcing, consulting, or professional services
- Proven track record in new sales, account expansion, and executive-level relationships including QBRs.
- Strong understanding of contract structures (MSAs, SOWs).
- Experience in consultative sales for advisory/consulting services and strategic partner relationships.
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Latin America nearshore talent or international outsourcing.
- Background in technology consulting, AI solutions, or software development services.
- Partner/channel management or alliance ecosystems experience.
- Existing network in nearshore, consulting, or professional services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
