Enterprise Account Executive

Location: Brazil - Remote

Base salary: $280,000–$365,000 (OTE $560,000–$730,000 uncapped)

What you will do

• Prospect new business across functional areas, leveraging marketing leads and maintaining pipeline coverage.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline, assessing potential and advancing multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Build deep relationships with multiple buying personas, understanding customer processes and problems.
• Articulate how hirify.global connects to business objectives using a customer-centric approach.
• Execute account plans, meet/exceed quotas by qualifying, managing, and closing enterprise opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales engineering, partners, and support throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years quota-carrying sales experience in technology/software/SaaS, including prospecting and complex sales cycles.
• Track record in new logo acquisition and growing existing customer sales.
• Exceptional C-suite relationship building and consensus among buying teams.
• Strong knowledge of data-analytics industry and competitors.
• This position is subject to U.S. export controls compliance.
