Location: Must be based in Burnaby, Canada and work onsite full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm)

What you will do

  • Manage front office reception, greeting guests and handling office-related inquiries to maintain a professional environment.
  • Coordinate administrative operations, including ordering office supplies and managing third-party vendors.
  • Plan and support social events, employee activities, and seasonal initiatives as part of the Social Committee.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including facility tours, workstation setup, and access provisioning.
  • Collaborate with IT and Facilities to manage shared office spaces and Flex Desk scheduling.
  • Serve as the office First Aid Attendant and maintain compliance with Occupational First Aid Level 2 requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional administrative or office management experience.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time at the Burnaby office (Monday–Friday).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and workplace booking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
